I’m glad I wasn’t the only one who failed chemistry O level!!

01:00:50
Hi Isobel, to be honest, I am not sure. It is a very good question. I will ask the investigators

01:05:55
thanks - I read the phase 2 exenatide trial and concluded it was randomised , controlled, double blinded and the results were adjusted at baseline - so I took the results as being so so so hopeful and unbiased. that was my take . I thought why wait with covid delaying recruitment.... I don’t have TIME to wait for this disease to get worse......

01:05:57
Would I have to come off my Sinemet to take part in a clinical trial? As I'm stable with exercise ++ and half dose Sinemet I'm concerned about upsetting things

01:13:01
Hi Wendy, in my opinion, the results of the exenatide Phase II study were encouraging - certainly worthy of more investigation. After a long period of negative results, it was nice to finally see a positive clinical finding. If the Phase III study gives a positive result, then we may be able to start looking at potential combination therapies. Fingers crossed.

01:13:54
Well done Ken Diane & Rpger
